Friday Drinks: Mango and Mint Lassi

Ingredients

  • 1 mango
  • 1 cup honey flavoured natural yoghurt or 1 cup plain natural yoghurt plus 2 tsp honey
  • 1 cup full fat milk
  • juice of one lime
  • palmful of mint leaves

Instructions

  1. Dice mango (approx 1-2cm/1/4" cubes) and place in freezer for at least 3 hours or until frozen.
  2. Remove from freezer and place in a blender (or use a stick blender as I did) with yoghurt, milk, lime juice and mint. Blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
