1cuphoney flavoured natural yoghurtor 1 cup plain natural yoghurt plus 2 tsp honey
1cupfull fat milk
juice of one lime
palmful of mint leaves
Instructions
Dice mango (approx 1-2cm/1/4" cubes) and place in freezer for at least 3 hours or until frozen.
Remove from freezer and place in a blender (or use a stick blender as I did) with yoghurt, milk, lime juice and mint. Blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
