Place the yoghurt and honey in a blender or food processor and blend until fully combined. Transfer to a medium size bowl and stir through the yoghurt. Either completely combine or leave it looking marbled if you prefer that effect.
Transfer to 10 popsicle moulds and insert sticks. Place in the freezer for at least 4 hours or until frozen.
When ready to serve melt chocolate and coconut oil together in a small saucepan. Remove popsicles from moulds by running the moulds until a little warm water to release them. Drizzle over the chocolate drizzle using a teaspoon and sprinkle over the slightly crushed freeze-dried blueberries. Serve immediately.
